Kevin Lane

Chief Executive

Kevin was appointed Chief Executive of Ornua in January 2010. Before joining Ornua, Kevin was Global President and Chief Executive of the Kerry Group's Flavours Division. He held a number of senior executive positions during his 22 year career within the Kerry Group. For 18 of those years he worked overseas, in markets including the UK, USA, Mexico and Canada, and accumulated extensive experience of the marketing of the Kerry Group portfolio in those arenas. Kevin is an honours graduate (Sales and Marketing) from the University of Limerick.

Donal Buggy

Group Finance Director

Donal Buggy was appointed Group Finance Director of Ornua in December 2012. Prior to joining Ornua, Donal held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer, Independent News & Media PLC (INM). He joined INM as Group Financial Controller in 1996 and in 2002 he was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer, joining the Group’s Board and Executive Committee. He also served as a Non Executive Director of APN News & Media Ltd. (2003-2010) and a number of other group companies in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

Donal was previously audit manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Dublin. A chartered accountant by profession, Donal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin.

Joe Collins

Managing Director of Dairy Trading & Ingredients Division

Joe was appointed Managing Director of the Dairy Trading & Ingredients division in 2008. He joined Ornua in 1986 and has held a number of senior positions including Commercial Director and Cheese Director. Joe is responsible for dairy purchases, product quality and sales into the food ingredient sector including Ornua ingredient subsidiary operations in the UK and USA. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin.

Bernard Condon

Director of Dairy Trading & Ingredients Division

Bernard was appointed Director of Dairy Trading and Ingredients in 2011. He joined Ornua in 1998 and has held a number of senior positions within the business including Procurement Manager and Cheese Business Manager. Bernard heads up the Dairy Trading and Ingredients ROI business unit which is responsible for trading, key account and value added ingredient sales of member product as well as the procurement of product for branded sales. As Director of Dairy Trading and Ingredients, Bernard is also responsible for the UK Ingredients subsidiaries and plays a key role in Ingredient merger and acquisition activities.

Bernard holds a degree in Business studies from Dublin City University (BBS), a diploma in management from the IMI and has completed the Enterprise Ireland Leadership for Growth programme in IMD, Lausanne.

Majella Darcy

Group Human Resources Director

Majella was appointed Group Human Resources Director of Ornua in January 2016. Majella has a wealth of international experience from over 25 years working with global food manufacturers and retail companies. Prior to joining Ornua, Majella was HR Director with responsibility for Europe & Asia Pacific with Aryzta, with whom she worked for ten years. Prior to this, Majella held senior roles with Superquinn, Dunnes Stores, Clerys, Tesco and Sainsburys.

John Jordan

CEO Ornua Foods - Europe, Middle East, Africa & Asia

Prior to his appointment as CEO of Ornua Foods Europe, John was CEO at DPI Speciality Foods, a division of Ornua and the third largest specialty food distributor in the US. John previously held the position of Marketing Director of Consumer Foods at Ornua, responsible for the strategic direction and development of the Ornua brands portfolio and prior to that he held a variety of senior commercial roles within the organisation both in the corporate office and within international subsidiaries.

As CEO of Ornua Foods Europe, John is responsible for developing long term strategies to grow Ornua’s consumer sales portfolio in this region. His role includes the regional development of Ornua’s iconic brand portfolio including Kerrygold and Pilgrim’s Choice, as well as working with Ornua’s retail partners to develop new opportunities in the private label sector of the market.

John holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration from Trinity College Dublin, a M.Sc. in Environmental Resource Management from University College Dublin and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Dublin City University.

Anthony Proctor

Chief Operating Officer

Anthony was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Ornua in August 2010. He began his career in financial services before moving to the IAWS Group (now Aryzta) where he held several senior operational and financial positions. During his 12 years with IAWS Anthony served four years in Canada as Chief Financial Officer before returning to Ireland as Chief Operating Officer for the UK and Irish divisions. Anthony is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds a B.Sc. (mgmt) from Trinity College Dublin.

Anne Randles

Secretary & Director of Administration

Anne was appointed Secretary to the Board of Ornua and Director of Administration in January 2008. Prior to rejoining Ornua in 2008, Anne held the position of Secretary General of Eucolait, the Brussels based association for European dairy trade companies. Anne was previously Ornua Corporate Affairs manager. With extensive advocacy and public affairs experience and a keen interest in the global dairy economy, she is Vice President of Eucolait, a council member of the Irish Dairy Industries Association, a member of the IDF Standing Committee on Dairy Policy and Economics and serves on a number of dairy industry related committees and working groups both in Ireland and abroad. Anne is a honours graduate of the National University of Ireland, with a Masters degree in Economics.

Róisín Hennerty

CEO Ornua Foods Americas & Global Marketing Director

Róisín was appointed CEO Ornua Foods Americas & Global Marketing Director in April 2016.  Having originally joined Ornua Cooperative in Dublin, Ireland, Hennerty later moved to the US and was responsible for the strategic marketing and launch of Kerrygold Butter and Dubliner Cheese in the USA. 

As CEO Ornua Foods Americas, Róisín is responsible for the strategic growth and commercial development of Ornua's branded portfolio in North and Latin America. As Global Marketing Director her role has responsibility for the Group's brand portfolio as well as Innovation, Insights and Communications.  

A native of Ireland, Hennerty earned her primary degree at University College Dublin, holds a Diploma in International Trade from the Dublin Institute of Technology and is a graduate of the Executive Scholars programme at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois.
